Susanna Longo


Sue has a wealth of experience working with individuals to normalise maladaptive stress responses and burnout. She offers one-to-one or group sessions of somatic body coaching, helping clients reconnect with their body and release trauma and stress whilst building strength and restoring health. Sue's corporate background has given insight into the stresses and strains that can leave one's nervous system needing support.
